Cheese Wedding Cakes

The cheese wedding cake below, served 150 guests and was made up of 2 Organic Summerset Brie, 1 Cornish Yarg, with edible nettle rind, 1 Cropwell Bishop Stilton and 1 Red Cheddar.

Decorated with Passion Fruit, Figs, Black Seedless Grapes and Strawberries.

Vegetable and other decoration are also available, together with a selection of biscuits for cheese
