It doesn't stop there, the variety in cake fillings are Cappuccino Cream, Mocha Espresso, Belgium Chocolate Ganache, Silk Meringue Praline, a Mousseline Butter Cream, or even cherries steeped in Kirsch or Brandy, are all a very different.

With this information, we will endeavour to reply to your request as soon as possible.

Ideally, you should order your cake, at least 3 months, before your celebration, especially if the cake is to be, rich fruit. This allows the cake to mature, and gives us the opportunity to feed it with your choice of either rum or brandy.
